This Reservation Opt-Out, Cancellation & No-Show Policy (“Policy”) applies to all restaurants, cafés, bars, and hospitality brands operated, managed, or affiliated with Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By making a reservation through our website, mobile platforms, telephone, WhatsApp, social media channels, third-party reservation partners, or in person, guests agree to the terms outlined below. Reservations made via third-party platforms are also subject to their respective terms and conditions in addition to this Policy.
1. Reservation Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation communication from the Company or its authorized reservation partners. A reservation request alone does not guarantee a booking until explicitly confirmed by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to:
- accept, modify, decline, or cancel reservations at its discretion;
- request advance deposits or prepayments for select reservations, events, or dining experiences;
- impose minimum spend requirements for selected dates, events, or seating areas;
- limit table occupancy durations during peak operational hours.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information.
2. Opt-Out of Marketing Communications
By making a reservation, guests consent to receiving transactional communications necessary for reservation management, including:
- reservation confirmations;
- booking reminders;
- waitlist notifications;
- booking modifications or cancellations;
- operational or safety-related communications.
Where permitted under applicable law, guests may also receive:
- promotional offers;
- event invitations;
- loyalty or membership updates;
- marketing communications relating to the Company’s brands and services.
Guests may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by:
- clicking the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails;
- replying “STOP” to SMS or messaging communications;
- contacting the Company directly.
Opting out of marketing communications shall not affect receipt of essential reservation-related communications.
3. Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be modified or cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
For reservations involving:
- prepaid experiences,
- private dining,
- large group bookings,
- special events,
- or reservations requiring deposits,
the following may apply:
- cancellation fees;
- partial or full forfeiture of deposits;
- non-refundable advance payments.
Applicable cancellation timelines and charges may vary by venue, event type, or reservation category.
4. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive within the applicable grace period without prior notice may be classified as a “No-Show.”
In such cases, the Company reserves the right to:
- release the reserved table;
- charge applicable no-show fees where permitted by law;
- forfeit deposits or advance payments;
- restrict or deny future reservation privileges in cases of repeated no-shows or misuse of reservation services.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- arrive on time for reservations;
- provide accurate contact information;
- notify the venue promptly regarding cancellations or modifications;
- comply with venue policies and standards of conduct.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any guest engaging in unlawful, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
6. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, strikes, labor disputes, power failures, or technical disruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- reservation interruptions caused by third-party platforms or technical failures;
- indirect or consequential losses;
- loss or theft of personal belongings on premises.
Nothing in this Policy limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Modification of Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
9. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
